9/365 1,,4,10 Resolutions


I'm not ashamed! Here's a picture of my resolution to lose weight. This is going to be the hardest one for me. ug. Not looking forward to it. I just plain SUCK at dieting. Yeah, yeah, I know...just eat right and exercise. Sigh. Both hard for this tired mom to do and find time for. I should post this same picture a year from now and *hopefully* it will be 30 pounds lighter.

  1. You CAN do this! I know you can!!!! Training for that marathon will help. I would also suggest weight training... get the P90X.. schedule a time to do it. I do it w/ the kids. As w/ as it can be. Right now I'm just doing 3 days a week of the weight training and skipping the cardio, stretching and yoga b/c I know I'm getting those things w/ the running. And yoga wrecks me!! No time to be wrecked right now.

  2. You WILL do it! You have more dedication to goals than almost anyone I know. Remember what your body has been put through..the surgery, then getting sick..not to mention the pregnancy.
    YOU WILL DO IT! I get it is 30 lbs less before summer.
